Good price, but get breakfast outside.

Lots of it, but tasteless. Scrambled eggs only, they were completely tasteless, not sure if they are powder eggs. Need better tasty sausages. Would have been better at Greg's.

Great location, price and room

Toilet had been used prior to us using it. Room had door to adjoining rooms and eventually had to call reception due to a party going on next door.

Would prefer more staff on arrival/departure as there was no point having the individual consoles because everyone had questions or problems with them and ended up needing assistance and then only one person was available

Radiator in bedroom was too hot and not controlled fron the room. Noisy neighbours and kids up to & after 11.00pm. Toilet wouldn't flush & shower controls poor

The kettle didn’t work which was very frustrating when wanting an evening cup of tea and a morning tea. Room above was being very loud and so struggled to sleep

Great place to stay for a function on site

I am a repeat customer. It remains great value for money for current market conditions. Spacious room and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and the shower was warm and powerful enough. The breakfast was a plentiful hot and cold buffet with good choice that was available until quite late in the morning. The hotel had great facilities - additional fees required to use them.

Room & Bed comfy and warm. The Asian man who cleans the rooms and puts fresh bedding working on Saturday evening added another blanket to daughters pull-out bed and even tucked her teddy bear in when we were out so thank you to him

It’s handy for where we need to get to. Breakfast pretty good.

There’s usually some minor thing that goes wrong. This time we were greeted by the sight of 6 police cars outside reception. Apparently something was going off in the bar, so we skipped drinks..

Not completely awful

The staff are fantastic and the bed was comfy.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly by the hairs on the floor, sink and bath. The heater in the room only blows out cold air. I tried to put the heater on hot but only blew cold. Had to put the shower on to get the heat around the room at 3am. The room had an iron board but no iron... Unfortunately, the pillow it had a black spot on it. Might of been ink or mould.... don't know, but I should have taken pictures, but I just wanted to get out.

Stayed a few times. Sadly the bedside lamp was faulty wired and could have been dangerous as it fell off the wall The cleaner tried coming in at 10am when check out is 11am I spoke to someone at check out regarding the above and no apology at all! Such a shame as wondering now if should return and regularly in Swindon ( 1 x a month plus)

Few plug sockets, broken blinds, dust everywhere particularly down side of bed, back of bed and in extractors, pillows and bed not so comfy, tired and chipped paintwork, for high price no breakfast included, loud noises/talking and screeching for over an hour outside window in courtyard - no way of contacting anyone - no phone in room

Great place to stay.

Stay here often, very comfortable and spacious rooms.

Wanted to add an extra night but the price was almost double for no reason other than Wednesdays tend to be busier nights, spoke with the staff to see if there was a deal that could be done to add on as I was already staying 2 nights following and do so monthly but nothing could be done. Not fair rates but the way it is for most places.

Good stay , some tweaks needed

Starbucks inside the hotel, good choice of fitness activities if required. Lots of places to sit and chat inside and out.

Not always a member of staff in the reception area, no phone in room to contact anyone. No light in dress / cupboard area, couldn't see to apply make up, only other mirrors available were in the bathroom, which proved difficult when others showering and mirrors got steamy. Decor a bit too dark, needs uplifting. Short lead on kettle. Odd places for plug sockets.
