Well equipped and convenient, but very cold when I stayed.

Convenient central location near the bus and train stations, helpful staff and spacious room.

The room was unbelievably cold - even with heating turned to maximum there was cold air blowing out that couldn’t be turned off. It was a very cold weekend but this really negatively affected my experience of the stay.

Window seal had perished in the room so there was a very cold draught next to the bed. The bathroom sink was virtually blocked so took ages to empty.

Clean and quiet hotel that needs more parking.

Room was very clean and pretty quiet given the location. Staff friendly, didn't stay long enough to check the other facilities but happy with the room. Bed was a little too firm but otherwise all was fine. Checked out via messaging and dropped key into box in reception.

Parking. The car park is very small and when we returned in the evening it was full, even though we had paid for a spot. When we had parked up was told by reception that the car park is independently managed so if your vehicle is not in marked bay you will get fined, so even though I was only there for a few minutes I'm hoping I don't get a fine, as I had to move my vehicle to a separate car park around the corner then walk back to the hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay. I couldn't of asked for more.

When I stepped inside of the hotel I was pleasantly surprised just how lovely it all looked. Then the young lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly. I felt very welcomed. Then once I reached my room I was so pleased with my room. So clean and perfect for my stay. I would highly recommend you to any friends or family. Well done.

Very disappointed. The extra for the Executive room was definitely not worth it.

Breakfast very limited as the hotel was quiet. There wasn't any hot buffet, a member of staff had to take an order for it. We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and breakfast has always been excellent.

We had booked an executive room, which was stated as being a bigger room to standard. Although we had a few extras, the room was only the size of a standard room. Between the end of the bed and the dressing table there was only about an eighteen inch gap, you could only just get through. The fridge door wouldn't open fully because of this.

Very unpleasant because parking is paid and I don't have a place to park my car

Clean and comfortable accommodation

A year in accommodations, but disorganized parking. I paid for parking at the hotel I arrived at, left for a few hours, and when I returned, there was no space. Reception told me to park in a different spot, far from the hotel, where I had to pay again and still had to walk back to the hotel at night.

The breakfast was disgusting because I've bit in to the sausages and it tasted off so I've never tried anything else I've did hand the plate to the lady who was clearing up and she's said sorry and we got no sleep because of other guests banging the doors all night we was very disappointed we have stay there before and was nice

Nice hotel, good location, GREAT food on the evening menu, prices not too expensive for drinks etc. Beds comfy, lovely pillows!

Just one thing - on breakfast.... roasted new potatoes??? Where are the hash browns? Otherwise, very nice!
