Every single thing about this place was brilliant - fantastic room, staff and lovely food!!

Great overnight stopover near Swindon & Cotswolds

Good sized room with disabled facilities which were not required but did not affect our stay. We had dinner and breakfast on both days and food and service was excellent. Good choice of wine and beer to complement the food.

Meals and service though a change in the dinner menu would have been welcome had I stayed longer.

Would have liked a more comfortable armchair in the room. The walk from the accommodation block to the hotel across a frosted car park was potentially hazardous. Some gritting might have alleviated my worries.

Great place to stay

The rooms were very big with a spacious en-suite. Great breakfast. Little to no noise. Very comfortable and good value.

Only little negative was that there soap had run out in our room.

A convenient hotel for us and generally very good for B&B

Clean and convenient we have stayed here before and like the hotel Inclusive breakfast is excellent quality and breakfast service efficient

Service at dinner was very slow ( we had pre booked for a party of 8 ) . Chambermaids were chatting noisily in the corridor in the morning

The bedroom was very comfortable and clean including the bathroom. Restaurant food was great!

That there was a restaurant that served breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great access to everything in Swindon and surrounds.

That the accommodation was separate from the restaurant. Not great when it rained. The carpark had large dips in the parking areas in places, where water would gather. More drainage is needed.

Absolutely fine - would stay again.

The room (3) was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were all fabulous and in the main, the food was of a high standard. Our stay was very easy.

The accommodation is rather noisy - the rooms are not well sound proofed and other guests were chatty/noisy in the corridor and doors banging. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom - or it wasn't working - so the bathroom was full of steam after 2 showers and consequently everything on the shelf was soaked. The choice of TV channels is limited but to be honest, that's not a major issue.

Had to pre order which I dislike but the breakfast was great quality, bacon cooked to perfection. served quickly. Limited selection of continental

The bed was comfy but pillows were terrible, also the oddest selection of artwork on the walls which was super offputting, there was an image from the war with a distressed looking woman near a motivational quote.... odd

Room spotlessly clean, great size, and lovely bathroom..Overall the stay was great. Breakfast was really good. Fresh and plenty of it.

Room a bit cold, but soon warmed up in bed. Beds not very comfy for me anyway, and found the mattress to be too soft. Pillows hard.

Just don't do it.

No one to greet guests arriving for a stay. No double rooms, just 2 single beds pushed together. Toilets in rooms don't flush. You have to use something to push them, such as a toothbrush! Not hygenic. Breakfast has to be pre ordered, and you are stuck having the same thing for your whole stay! One cup of tea or coffee only at breakfast! Porridge like wallpaper paste has fruit on and grumpy waitress when i asked to have it remade as have severe allergies to strawberries. 45 min wait for breakfast even after pre-order and arriving at booked time. Dinner was not great either and cold. Cleaning staff in the corridor sitting on the floor is not working is not a good look. In room tea and coffee very limited to 2 coffee sachets and 2 tea bags and only 2 small milks. Second, stay at this hotel in 3 years. Won't be back. Not good for a family booked hotel at £225 per family.

Overnight stay with breakfast

Great for a 1 night stay when travelling. Clean, organised, friendly staff and we liked that you choose the items from the breakfast menu in order to cut down on waste. Great shower too.

Spacious room which was clean and tidy. Very clean bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and also had evening meal which was good.
