Excellent place to stay and would return in a heart beat

Everything about this little B&B was excellent. Its really quiet, lovely rooms, better than some hotels ive stayed in. Bed was great, coffee/tea facilities, bathroom big and great shower (and car parking) I big thanks to the owners as they made my stay even more enjoyable, in that nothing was a problem. I got there late and was shown around and explained the setup. I was leaving at 06:15, so to early for breakfast but they offered to make me a breakfast role and a tea in a go mug at that time, which was a great touch I will definitely be looking to stay here the next time i'm around in Swindon as the welcome and place as a whole was exceptional for what they charge per night. Highly recommend you stay here if your in and about Swindon

Perfect stay

It was just what I needed after a day of training. The room already had the heating on when I arrived, so it was really warm and cosy. Everything was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and made with so much care.

Loved it - 10 out of 10!

Absolutely brilliant - loved everything! The room was very clean and had everything I needed, hosts very friendly and breakfast delicious and freshly cooked each morning. Any time between 7:00 and 10:00. There was even a small fridge and microwave for guests to share - so incredibly convenient. There was private parking next to the house. Would 100% recommend - great value for money and exceeded my expectations!

The most fantastic breakfast ever! Very welcoming hosts, very comfortable accommodation, incl the best shower possible. Just exactly what we needed.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and Col was really helpful and friendly.

It bit noisy at 5am, the bedroom windows were open due to the weather.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay at a realistic price.

The full English breakfast was cooked well and was presented very professionally. The facilities were very good, including a well appointed en suite.

The property is grade 2 listed and the bedroom windows could not be opened because they need renewing. However, the en suite windows were able to be opened giving welcome fresh air at night.

Can't recommend it enough. An excellent night's sleep.

The location was exactly where we wanted it. There was parking right outside our house. Our hosts Anne and Col were friendly and were there to greet us and explain how everything worked. My husband said the fried egg was the best he had ever had. He then had to go back and apologise in case Col thought there was anything wrong with the rest of the breakfast. It was all excellent and freshly cooked.

Home comforts when working away from home!

Colin and Anne were both really lovely and welcoming. I instantly felt comfortable. Breakfast was excellent!!! The bacon and Sausage were great quality. Or over-salty cheap stuff. Nice thick cut bacon. Lovely. The room was comfortable and very clean. Nice shower, nice and powerful. Off-road parking. Yeah, I would definitely stay again!!

Good location for halfway stop on way home from Cornwall. Owners were so friendly and helpful when we got held up. Breakfast was exceptional. Room comfortable.

The nice staff and comfortable room.

The location is quit far from the central of Swindon. Walking back as a young woman wasn't very comfortable. So I'll advise to bring a friend :)

Better than a lot of hotels

The breakfast was 10/10, I cannot complain. Anne is so lovely and so is Col, I met them both and found them to be very pleasant and accommodating. The room was so comfy! Complementary coffee and biscuits! Yum! The location is in a nice and quiet area!
