Faithful to the pictures, had everything you could need. Cooking facilities were enough to cook something relatively simple, supermarket nearby. Host was lovely!
I stayed during a period of very warm weather and struggled a bit with the warmth of the room - but there is a fan provided. Buses could be a bit hit or miss but there are a few options so again not a big issue.

Good location, was quiet and convenient to get to Stoneleigh Park whilst working at Farm Fest.
The bed was comfy, and had all the basics to make a simple meal. Good sized fridge and the shower was amazing.
The fridge made quite a lot of noise during the night but have reported so will be sorted.
The TV remote / TV channels need looking at as couldn’t get it to work as it should (forgot to report this!)

Great little self contained studio with everything you need. I slept very well.
The family were lovely and it was a perfect bolt hole when I was visiting my family.
The shower was great, tea and coffee was provided. It was chilly and a plug in heater was provided which made it cosy.
It was tricky to find a suitable parking spot on the second night, not the properties fault but just worth noting.
I was conscious of not making noise to disturb the family, but I didn’t spend much time there so it was perfect for me.
