Lovely stay, would definitely revisit.

Bath shower needs to be replaced by a large power shower.

Bath/shower difficult to use, bath had high sides. No instructions e.g. for cooker or waste disposal.

Lovely spacious well equipped cottage in a good location

Lovely cottage, spacious for two, well equipped, good location, quiet, outside patio area to eat at if weather is nice.

Inside kitchen cupboards and fridge could’ve been cleaner. No parking at property, parked in paid public carpark over the road which was ok (£8.70 for 24 hrs). We could unload at the property first which was useful.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at cosy cottage and would recommend it to anyone.

We couldn’t fault anything about our stay , beautiful little cottage . Very well presented lovely and clean. Just like a home from home with everything you would need for your stay . With little personal touches to welcome you .

Lovely little cottage, very clean and fantastic location.

Excellent location

If I’m being picky we found it uncomfortably bright. The clinical white walls with the very bright lighting was too much. As a decorator myself it desperately needs a softer/warmer colour pallet to complement the lovely wallpaper and blinds. Having said that it was a beautiful cottage.

A perfect getaway, 5 stars

The location is perfect! This is a perfect cottage for walking and exploring Holt. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The fresh milk and biscuits were a nice touch. Dinner at Byfords was really nice and only a 2 minute walk away from the cottage. Sunday lunch at The Globe Inn at Wells next the Sea was one of the best roast we have ever had. The cottage is perfectly placed to explore the Norfolk coast. We will be back again soon.

Parking is a little tight and you cannot leave your car outside but there is plenty of parking close by. The stairs are extremely steep and the step to the bathroom is a little awkward but that is part of the charm of this little cottage.

A beautiful little cottage - cute, stylish, and in a fantastic location, just a short walk into Holt. We had a minor issue with the heating upon arrival, but the owner responded immediately and had it sorted within 15 minutes. He was lovely, and the cottage stayed warm and cozy throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Pretty cottage, centrally located in a beautiful North Norfolk village

Great central location, very pretty, compact cottage in a lovely village. The addition of a handrail next to the bath was welcomed. Host communicated well prior to our arrival.

I don’t agree with guests being asked to strip the bed and put bedding and towels in a laundry bag.

It was indeed a cosy cottage and we enjoyed ourselves so much! Holt is a lovely village with lot's of shops and restaurants. The cottage had everything you need.

Great location

The location is perfect for staying in the centre of Holt. Finding the property was easy and obtaining the keys from the key box simple enough. Thank you for the milk in the fridge to make that all essential cup of tea upon arrival! Lots of thought has been put into making this property attractive.

Having to park away from the property was a bit of a nuisance especially as you have to get back to the car park in Albert Street by 8am in the morning to renew the parking ticket which can only be payed for up until this time - being free from 6pm to 8am and paid for parking only available up until 6pm.

What an apt name@

The name is very apt, a very well presented and cosy cottage for a couple. For us the location was ideal , allowing us to visit old haunts and memories. We will definitely consider staying here again if we have the chance to go back to Norfolk.

No parking on site, although this was only a minor inconvenience. We did spend 15 minutes in the dark trying to find Weston Square in the car. Ended up parking and exploreing on foot, eventually asking at the estate agents on the corner.

BEAUTIFUL COTTAGE. VERY CLEAN , AND WONDERFULLY PRESENTED. Great Location. In centre of Holt. The bed was SO SO comfy, didn't want to get up. 💤💤💤😀

I would be cautious if you have mobility issues. I have Osteo arthritis, and struggled with the stairs, and bath. Maybe alittle more info in the spec. It didn't spoil our stay, but I would of liked to know in advance. X
