My Place In Verona

We absolutely loved our stay! The instructions for finding the room and opening it with our phone were very clear. The keyless entry was so convenient—no need to worry about losing keys! The room was spotless, bright, and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space and a very large bathroom. We loved the interior design and all the thoughtful little details. The snacks and coffee-making facilities were a lovely touch, and having an iron was especially useful while travelling. The bed was very comfortable, and the bed linen and towels were perfectly clean. The location couldn’t have been better: just a three-minute walk from the Verona Arena, right in the heart of the city. Despite the windows facing the street, the soundproofing was excellent, and the room was wonderfully quiet. Everything worked perfectly, including the air conditioning and the lift. The host was very friendly and helpful, answered all our questions, and made check-in easy. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and couldn’t have asked for more. If we return to Verona, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—we wish you every success!

Very pleasant and well decorated appartment, clean and quiet, also well equiped. Absolutely fantastic communication! Loved how easy and well explained was access to the appartment! Thank you!

Nothing! All great!

Property location was excellent and communication was very quick and easy with the property! Flexibility in storing our luggage after check out was much appreciated.

While they did notify me a few hours in advance of check in, the main blind and access to the balcony was not functioning and that of course impacted our experience...we were not offered anything by way of a discount due to our room not having everything advertised at booking (we of course wanted sunlight and balcony access when we booked, yet that was not possible and we were informed of this too late to realistically cancel and find another option). There was also quite a bit of noise and it was not as quiet in the room as we would have liked.
