My Place In Verona

Very pleasant and well decorated appartment, clean and quiet, also well equiped. Absolutely fantastic communication! Loved how easy and well explained was access to the appartment! Thank you!

The property is located very near to the city. The room is very clean with AC and easy access. The key in smartphone was very good touch without needing to meet anyone for the check in.

The location is fantastic, just five minutes walk from the arena Easy communication with the host who was also kind enough to let us drop our luggage off before check in Lovely touches like seat cushions to use at the arena Although it’s on a main road the windows are very good at keeping out any noise. We enjoyed feeling part of the city.

Nothing - although we did have to give the main door a bit of a shove to open it but that was probably us being too delicate!

Property location was excellent and communication was very quick and easy with the property! Flexibility in storing our luggage after check out was much appreciated.

While they did notify me a few hours in advance of check in, the main blind and access to the balcony was not functioning and that of course impacted our experience...we were not offered anything by way of a discount due to our room not having everything advertised at booking (we of course wanted sunlight and balcony access when we booked, yet that was not possible and we were informed of this too late to realistically cancel and find another option). There was also quite a bit of noise and it was not as quiet in the room as we would have liked.
