Location was ideal.. in the center of Verona but still quiet. Room was clean and a bathroom big..
Coffe capsules were to few. There is a coffe machine but only 2 capsules..

The pillows were very plump. Perhaps some slimmer ones could be made available.

Really in the city center.
It's really in the city center, 10 meter away from the walls of the Arena. That means it's noisy from the Arena. Futhermore there is a school nearby. Which means noise coming from the school. Bathroom is dirty. The quality of the breakfast is to low. The breakfast was served in the next bar, at a low service standard.
