Room Verona Ai Duchi

The room is in an amazing location right by the area. Lots to do and makes it a good base for walking around. The bed is very comfortable

There was no cutlery or plates in the kitchen area which was a bit strange. The air conditioning was locked so we could not use it when we got hot at night. The wifi also didn’t work.

20 min of walking to the Castella apartment, 5 min to the storic center.

Coffee machine is not working, kitchen has some ordor, toilette bin is quite small create impression of bad igenic.

The room was clean, the location was great.

I didnt like the fact that was my first time using that app to check in, and I need my phone to enter the room. If your battery is gone, or if someone steals your phone, there is no way you can enter your room.

Perfect place if you want to be close to everything

Not a perfect place it you want to be clean while you are there. There was no shower head or hose for my to have a shower for the four days I was there. I got in contact with the property and I am still waiting for a response. I ended up having to wash my hair in the sink and buying baby wipes to feel some bit clean. The WiFi that they sent me also was incorrect and was completely different to what was on the box in the room. I ended up having to connect to the hotel next door to save my data. The fridge was also not turned on and I don’t think it had been in awhile as there was a horrible smell from it so there was no way to keep bottles of water cool.
