todooo la recepcionista increible todo hermoso la pieza ambientada como medieval, incluye cafecito, lo maximo

un poquito lejos pero muuy aceptable todo bien

Camera a pochi metri di distanza dall'Arena,in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, con posti auto a pagamento sia davanti la struttura che nelle vie adiacenti. Camera e bagno spaziosi,con diversi spazi,mensole e armadi per riporre il bagaglio. Molto apprezzato il piccolo frigo all'interno!

Materasso scomodo e troppo basso,con la struttura che fuoriesce e si rischia di batterci le gambe. Il terrazzino in comune molto trascurato e sporco. Peccato ,perché sarebbe stato piacevole riposarsi all'esterno,se fosse stato più curato

The location was excellent and probably accounts for the higher price more than the room or services. Located right next to the Verona arena we couldn't have picked a better or more convenient spot for our stay. We had to make a last minute booking the day before arrival because reservations at another hotel in Verona were canceled so we were quite pleased that it came out this well. There was no breakfast but there was a convenient place to eat just around the corner at reasonable prices.

The room was clean but very simple for the price and the rating. This was really more just a place to sleep rather than to spend time and relax. The bedframe was meant to take a larger mattress which made it a little awkward to sit on the bed and took up a bit more space than needed in the room which was already a bit small. In addition to the bed, there was only one small chair and insufficient space to place suitecases. The check-in procedure was informal but a bit confusing - there was no reception and you had to call a local number to receive a combination to a lock box with the front door key. Room keys were laid out on the desk inside. This wasn't a problem for us but another guest was dropped off outside with luggage and didn't have mobile phone service. There was no doorbell, so she had to bang on the door until we opened it and called the host for her using our phone. It would be helpful if the host sent check-in procedures with the code and confirmed with the guest via text ahead of time to avoid this sort of thing.
