Since Verona was experiencing a heat wave while we were there it was great to have a place with good AC to stay. The location is within walking distance of all the major attractions in Verona. The bed was comfortable and the property was very quiet each night. Check in was easy and staff was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay there!

The rooms were spotless and the bathroom was stunning. Great shower and high end toiletries. The location was perfect for a one night stay close to all major sights. Breakfast at the cafe around the corner was fine.
Entering on the ground floor next to a bank is a bit disconcerting. We arrived at 8pm and had to leave at 10am so we didn’t have any face to face interaction with staff. But communication was efficient. We used a local baggage store store service at a cost of €20 whereas we have previously left bags with hotel reception for a few hours.
