This property is perfect. It’s a large, modern apartment set in a traditional Verona building. It’s exceptionally spacious with a lounge/kitchen with balcony and Aircon/heater with absolutely loads of space. Hallway with modern, clean bathroom with large shower and plenty of space. Large bedroom with 2 double wardrobes and shelves and drawers. Large comfy bed with additional pillows and bedding. Large TV with all streaming apps ready to go and in English. Air con/heater in the bedroom as well. It’s well stocked with kitchen utensils if you wanted to cook, hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle along with a selection of coffee and tea. Spectate utility room with everything you need. Lovely classic shutters on the outside of modern double glazing widows and patio doors. The location is amazing. 1 minute from the nearest restaurant and 2 minute walk to the arena, square, shops and many lovely restaurants however it is so quiet. We couldn’t believe how close we were to the centre of Verona and the hustle due to how quiet it was. It’s a safe and secure property. I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff are perfect with regular comms, video on how to access the property and always on hand if you need anything. Absolutely perfect. We stayed three nights and would happily of stayed a lot longer. We will be returning here. Absolutely perfect. Forgive the pictures. They are from when we left. Maybe a TV in the lounge area but that’s a nice to have. I can’t fault the place.

We had a lovely stay in Verona. The apartment is centrally located, just a short walk from the Arena, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The beds were very comfortable, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Verona. We would happily stay here again!

The only downside was that there is just one centrally located air-conditioning unit, so cooling the bedrooms can be a little challenging during warmer weather.

Great apartment in a great location. We visited in a heatwave, and the aircon saved us and made the apartment a great place to retreat from the heat. As well as being just around the corner from the arena, there is a supermarket 2 mins walk, a cafe and pasticceria 30 seconds walk away, a gelatteria 1 min walk away, and loads of nearby restaurants too. Highly recommended.

Its a tiny thing, but a couple of lights did not work.

The property is centrally located, quiet, clean and comfortable.

The stairway to the apartment are steep and narrow without a continuous support rail. This may not or appropriate for some people. The heating system struggles and I doubt it can cope with January and February.
