Great apartment in a great location. We visited in a heatwave, and the aircon saved us and made the apartment a great place to retreat from the heat. As well as being just around the corner from the arena, there is a supermarket 2 mins walk, a cafe and pasticceria 30 seconds walk away, a gelatteria 1 min walk away, and loads of nearby restaurants too.
Highly recommended.
Its a tiny thing, but a couple of lights did not work.

Modern contemporary apartment in the heart of Verona City.
Be prepared for a few flights of stairs. The apartment is on the 5th floor. There are also construction works happening outside. Not noisy, but there is no view from apartment windows or balcony.

well located, elevator and AC always nice to have, appreciated having kitchen.
wish there was a microwave, and main door was an experience -but these are not deal breakers.

The property is centrally located, quiet, clean and comfortable.
The stairway to the apartment are steep and narrow without a continuous support rail. This may not or appropriate for some people. The heating system struggles and I doubt it can cope with January and February.
