The hotel is located very close to the arena, in an area with a fantastic atmosphere, surrounded by shops and restaurants. It is also very convenient for catching taxis and buses, making it easy to get around and reach different parts of the city.
The building itself is quite old but very well maintained. Although there is no lift, it is worth it for the experience of staying in a place full of character, history, and beautiful architecture.
The apartment is very clean, well equipped, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay over a few days. Our apartment also had a terrace, which was absolutely lovely and a real highlight of the stay.
One small improvement could be the décor, which felt a little minimal. Adding a bit more detail could make the space feel warmer and better highlight its architectural charm and Italian character.

The property is centrally located, quiet, clean and comfortable.
The stairway to the apartment are steep and narrow without a continuous support rail. This may not or appropriate for some people. The heating system struggles and I doubt it can cope with January and February.
