Huge space for price! Great location only a few minutes from the arena. Comfy bed in the second bedroom. Air con was great. Check in process was easy and they let us store our bags for free on the day we were checking out

Water in the second bathroom wasn’t hot so we only used the first bathroom. The bed in the first room was a little hard for me and the frame in the second room was quite creaky. Apartment was up 2 flights of stairs however these were both straight and flat so wasn’t an issue for us.

Great location . Very clean and spacious. There’s a Nespresso coffee machine for use which is nice to have.

No laundry detergent was provided, so just keep in mind that you’ll need to bring your own. We weren’t aware of this beforehand and had chosen the accommodation specifically so we could do some washing, so it was a bit disappointing to have to buy detergent just for a single load.The arrival information also mentioned a complimentary bottle of wine, but there wasn’t one. Not a major issue, but it did feel like we missed out on something that was meant to be included. Hand soap is used as body wash as it states on the bottle

The accommodation matches what is advertised. I liked the accommodation, especially the location.

I had an issue with the check-in time, as the property was not available at 2:00 PM as stated, and I had to wait about an hour. During the wait, the host offered wine and dessert and, as compensation, allowed a late check-out. Despite this inconvenience, the issue was handled in a positive way. The loft windows are not very practical. As a suggestion, a full-length mirror could be provided. The Wi‑Fi doesn’t work well.

We had to stay here in our last night in Verona due to changes in our flights back home. It wasn’t ideal to change accommodation mid way through a trip but we had no choice, I had picked this based on the overall user score but unfortunately our stay was not a pleasant experience.

We stayed in the upstairs apartment and were alarmed to find a staircase down to another apartment and could hear people and immediately felt unsafe at the thought of this door having no lock. We moved a large chest of drawers to block this door off but didn’t sleep well. The temperature in the apartment was so warm that we work up 5 times in the night, and lastly we went to use the master bathroom and found the ceiling leaking water (we hope) and had to contact the property manager, who prompt came upstairs and laid extra towels but didn’t resolve anything. We got up an hour early to leave and head to the airport because we didn’t enjoy our stay.
