The palace is stunning both from the outside and the inside - the room (king room) indeed was magnificent with a really nice relax room with bathtub on the second floor.
The thing however that really makes staying at palazzo Monga an incredible experience is its staff. In particular Arthur, the hotel manager, is incredibly kind and available to satisfy every request you might have!

From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true five star experience. Our host greeted us warmly and took the time to explain everything about the building, how to access the room, and even the history behind it. We loved hearing about the restoration process, especially how the original floors were removed, heating installed underneath, and then carefully put back in place. You could really feel the care that went into it.
The room was spacious and beautiful, with tall ceilings and so much character. There were two comfortable bedrooms, a lovely bathroom, and thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and music that made it feel welcoming and relaxing.
Breakfast was brought to our room, which was such a treat, and our host also helped book dinners for us, making our stay completely stress free. Everything about it felt comfortable and well looked after.
It was an amazing experience in Verona and we would absolutely stay here again. The location is right on the main road. Perfect location.
