Loved the decor and private pretty courtyard Location was excellent. Liked the additional water and snacks that were complimentary & tea. Easy to find and access. Parking outside to unload then 4 min walk to underground car park. €23 for 24hrs

The accommodation was so close to the centre of Verona. We were allowed to leave our baggage on the day of departure for later.

We arrived early the room was not prepared. We sat on the balcony whilst the cleaners/chamber staff spent such a short time preparing the room. They used a pillowcase to wipe the inside of the window, only the inside. The mats were not moved when the floor was mopped. The inside of the wardrobe was not touched and appeared not to have been touched for a long while. Mould was on the wall to the left of the balcony window. Balcony was not swept. The curtain pole fell from the wall during our stay as it was not fixed to the wall properly with just paper/cardboard. I don't remember any cleaning fluid being used. The toiletries provided had been watered down.
