Fantastic bed sheets that were pleasant in this heat and ironed! Makes a big difference. Great location. Nice coffee bar next door if you prefer that to the coffee pods they offer.
The arena and historic center is a 3-min walk away. Quiet, residential street, so no all-night revelers.
It's not a hotel but an apartment with two rooms. This is not a problem but it just has to be clear. The walls are quite thin.
The pillows are typically Italian, basically bricks by another name. But this is a common problem.
The tap in the bathroom kept on leaking, unless you placed it just in the right direction. There is some weird kitchen in the room that is not necessary and the reading light was so-so.
The decor is not going to win any design prize but is perfectly adequate.

A spacious room with small balcony, air conditioning, fridge, kitchenette & a shared kitchen. Homely, light, quiet and private. Our host was so helpful & gave us plenty of information about the city etc.

The location was superb, a five minute walk to the Arena and Christmas market. Heated floor in the bathroom, fridge in the room and abundant space. Huge credit must go to Maddalena...she booked us in out of hours and supplied some fantastic local knowledge. A couple of small faults in the room were immediately fixed.
Broken tile on the floor and the bed pillows were slightly uncomfortable.

friendly host and cleanliness of the room
For €109 a night the quality of the accommodation was disappointing. The apartment has very thin walls, so you can hear everything from the neighbours.
Unfortunately, there wasn't enough hot water for the shower, so after 2 minutes we had no hot water for the shower and had to take a cold one.
There are no reading lamps or lamps on the bed or couch, so the apartment is completely lacking in cosiness. Furniture was old and uncomfortable.
There is no extra blanket and it was still fresh and a bit cold at night with the summer blanket.
