The customer service was excellent.
There is a coffee machine in the kitchen that makes great espresso.
There is also a water machine where you can choose normal still, cold still and cold sparkling water.
The location is very close to the Arena di Verona, but about 20-25 min walk from the old town.
When I was making the reservation I didn't notice that the room I picked had a shared bathroom. I didn't notice it because I totally didn't expected it as it's not a hostel. I discovered it 1-2 days before the check-in and contacted the customer service for an upgrade. They were able to promptly upgrade me for a room with the private bathroom.

The front desk attendant was very helpful. The room was comfortable and accommodating.
The shower was high and needed bars to hold on to. The shower was small.

The 24 coffee, and the taste of the coffee too!
The location is close to the old Town but still in a quieter area. Still walkable from the station. Close to the bus stop too if you don't feel like walking.
Bathrooms are very clean! The lock system also made me feel safe.
Just a little uncomfortable when the staff messaged me asking the tourist tax on the same day when I was about to board on plane start my trip. The booking page said it would be payed at the property so I didn't expect the message at all even though in the end, I could still pay it directly at the property.
The walls are not sound proofed and not 24hrs staffed. I wasn't disturbed but I could hear another guest talking on the phone with normal voice at night.
