Good location, excellent bathroom. Airconditioning was an added value with the hot weather. The staff was very helpful.

The communication on how to get in could be sent earlier, so you have a better understanding of the system with the boxes and keys. There was some confusion with the rooms on arrival, but this was not the fault of the staff. She was very helpful in looking for a solution for us and the other guests involved. And stayed very polite and accommodating, even while trying to deal with the abrasive behaviour of the other guests, who were acting quite rude.

Ottima struttura dotata di tutti i comfort

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida struttura nel cuore di Verona e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta. La posizione è impagabile: a due passi dall’Arena di Verona, comodissima per visitare il centro storico, passeggiare tra le vie più belle della città e vivere tutta la magia veronese. La struttura era impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto: pulitissima, curata nei dettagli, accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. Si percepisce subito grande attenzione verso gli ospiti. Le ragazze dello staff, sono sempre disponibili, gentilissime e pronte ad aiutare con il sorriso. Un’accoglienza davvero rara che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia vivere Verona nel modo migliore. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!
