Very close to the main centre of the city and the old town of Verona. Nice and helpful staff. The room was warm and tidy, more space than average, the bed was big and very comfortable. Clean and warm restroom, the towels were fold on the bed.

1. No elevator! 2. The windows were permanently closed and covered with pieces of wood (to not see the view? Why?). So there was dark inside the room just like there was night all the time. It made my energy low despite I slept on a big comfy bed. To see the daylight I had to go outside the room and enter a small terrace in the end of the hall. But it was raining those days and I could not spend time there, and above all I paid for a room not just a terrace. 3. There was no way to make a tea or warm up water for anything (no kettle in the room or even outiside). 4. The staff said I must pay in cash for a tax and I have done that, but the next day I read the proper amount should be lower that they made me left. I left cash in the room before I check out, so I sent a message to the staff, but their reply was nothing but "it's OK to take from you more than law says". Unfair. And there was no information in the offer that the tax should be left in the room in cash, I managed to have done that and realized it was a hoax or somewhat.

Simple but very spacious room, perfect for the price you pay. Location is very good, right near the center of Verona.

Lovely location near arena and room and bed very farm liked fluffy comforters, blankets, television with 165 stations, if you want salon treatment it's opposite the side and Morning Club baking items down the alley. Cute very nice patio on 2nd Level

If you need an elevator look other direction and you have to walk to Morning Club Baker in the morning as Leoneta doesnt given you breakfast free, otherwise very kind team

Location is perfect, this is the only thing positive I have about the place

Air condition did not work. An considering there is a heat wave and also that the room I got, had one window into hallway and small one to outside, so air was vary heavy and hot. I could not sleep at all. Pillows are very very thin. No facilities in the room at all . Glass or at least a common fridge to keep the water would be nice. I asked for help with taxi, got none. The number I was suggested did not work. Place is old, can't say it's dirty but everything is old and too simple for the price they charge. nothing but hairdryer in the common bathroom. Also, who carry cash this days, especially coins for city tax. I paid online for other property. Ended up paying more as had no coins and no place willing to give a change.
