Rooms are a little compact but that is common in Italy. Had everything needed and a great shower. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was an extensive choice. Staff very helpful. Location a short walk to main square and the Arena. All historical attractions in walking distance.

the location was nice. the person who was there when we were checking out was also really nice and helpful.
a couple of things. - maybe due to the weather maybe due to something else the toilet smelled really bad during our 1 night stay. the person who was there when we were checking out said that he would have taken care of it if we had told him earlier but since we checked in late and left immediately, that was not an option. he was really helpful though - when we were checking in we asked if there was parking. the person in the booth said that there was free parking in a parking lot that was not close, which appeared to be not free at all. he could have just said that you can park the blue lanes in the streets instead of sending us to somewhere else...
