The apartment is amazing. Ultimately it's only one room with all in it (bed, couch, kitchen and dinner table) but it's very spatious. All equipments work perfectly, even the TV which nowadays is not a given. Staff is very nice even if all is digital. Also you can store your luggage before and after checkout which is top. Location is great.

The only tiny tiny thing would be that there is not a lot of dayligth in the apartment, but tha'ts really pushing it. Should not stop anyone to get it.

Lovely apartment conveniently located to the station and main attractions including the arena and old town in Verona. Clean spacious and well equipped. Great air con.

This apartment is located 10 minutes from Verona's main trainstation/bus depot and less than 10 minutes to the historic ampitheatre. It was extremely spacious, plenty of electrical outlets for charging, AC, spacious shower ( hubby is over 6' ft ), bed was very comfortable as were the pillows, and bath towels very generous in size. Loved the free luggage storage. I guess others had commented on it being a noisy location; it is in a urban area. My hubs slept with earplugs, I did not and slept fine. Perhaps the AC was a white noise for me.

We were to be sent a code via Booking.com when the room was ready. We could get into the building, but not the apartment. And, because I kept losing the wifi , I had to stand outside trying to reach the host for the code in 90+ degrees. After a hot walk from the train station; frustrated that we couldn't get in to the apartment. The host did give us a later check out which made that day less rushed. The coffee maker didn't work correctly. I suspect it just needs a good decalcification. I had brought instant coffee with me, and there are restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries in the area if you can delay coffee for a few minutes after waking up. The kitchenette needed dishtowels/or drainer. And the bath gel container was empty. The host dropped off shampoo and body gel-didn't really think it was our job to fill the containers. The livingroom space would have been much nicer if their had been either a coffee or end table. A little more attention to detail would go a long way.
