Rigoletto Rental Rooms

First and foremost was the location it is near to Verona Arena 6-8minutes and only about 15-18minutes walk to Flixbus Station :) They got welcome Snacks Croissant to biscuits, coffee , Tee and a clean water to drink :))

Only the Elevator was not working during day time (idk if it was broken) but during night it was working , but it was okay because they’re located only at 2nd floor and it’s okay to take the stairs.

Super location and host was very nice, but hard to get them to respond until we were actually standing at the door. The street is quiet and close to the Arena. Host was helpful and kind.. put out some coffee and snacks. Bonus is the filtered cold water available to re-fill water bottles!

It was extremely frustrating to not have any communication until we actually arrived at the door! It looked like the place was under renovation. The room was missing an air vent over the air conditioner, and the air conditioning wasn't not controllable from our room. However, the nights were cools so we just opened our windows. I think once they finish the work they are doing, it will be really nice.

Location, price, bathroom.

Lack of AC proper No window view

The room and towels were clean and it is situated in a very good location as it is merely a 2 minute walk to the main piazza and the Verona arena.

The description of the property states the following: "Set in the centre of Verona, this colourful B&B offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV. Verona Arena is a 5-minute walk away." leading you to think that it is a bed and breakfast and therefore is an entire property providing accommodation and has breakfast included in the price. In reality the room is situated within a block of apartments and offices (from what we could understand as we were situated on the ground floor as soon as you enter the block) and does not even offer breakfast (we were informed that they used to offer breakfast in the past but new regulations prohibited all tourist accommodation, except for hotels, from offering breakfast - this didn't seem true to us but we had to accept it as our booking did in fact state that there was no meal plan included although we didn't realize before as our impression was that breakfast was included - it could have been our impression due to the bed and breakfast description). In fact there is no reception and no amenities where breakfast can be offered. We met the person in charge on our arrival, but did not see him again throughout our stay - not even on our departure at 10am. The room is basic and needs maintenance.
