Location was very handy and the room was very well equipped
bathroom wasn’t the best the flush on the toilet was broken so we had to do it kinda manually cause the button wasn’t in use

What a great find! It’s really close to the old town, the room is super clean and the beds are comfortable. For the price that it is, what more could you want!?! I saw some people had an issue with the shower but my shower was fine. I’d definitely recommend this place.
I didn’t think that I booked a bunk bed so I was surprised when I got there, but it wasn’t an issue.

The room and towels were clean and it is situated in a very good location as it is merely a 2 minute walk to the main piazza and the Verona arena.
The description of the property states the following: "Set in the centre of Verona, this colourful B&B offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV. Verona Arena is a 5-minute walk away." leading you to think that it is a bed and breakfast and therefore is an entire property providing accommodation and has breakfast included in the price. In reality the room is situated within a block of apartments and offices (from what we could understand as we were situated on the ground floor as soon as you enter the block) and does not even offer breakfast (we were informed that they used to offer breakfast in the past but new regulations prohibited all tourist accommodation, except for hotels, from offering breakfast - this didn't seem true to us but we had to accept it as our booking did in fact state that there was no meal plan included although we didn't realize before as our impression was that breakfast was included - it could have been our impression due to the bed and breakfast description). In fact there is no reception and no amenities where breakfast can be offered. We met the person in charge on our arrival, but did not see him again throughout our stay - not even on our departure at 10am. The room is basic and needs maintenance.
