Stunning property in a very historic building right in the beautiful heart of old city
The air conditioning unit was so noisy we couldn't hace it on when we slept, and it was 41 degrees outside during the day so that was very frustrating

The location is the best. In the middle of the historical courtyard. It was magical.
The stuff was friendly and responsive, they kindly allowed an hour later check out and to store a bag after check out.
The room wasn’t the one on the picture - it was pretty basic but had everything one needs. To be honest I wouldn’t put it as ‘I don’t like’ as it would be unrealistic to have that room in the location for such reasonable price. They probably have another room as shown on the picture for another rate. But for the money paid I have no issue with it. It was just fine.

Communication with the booking agent was very poor. I left something behind in the room and contacted them immediately by email and then again by message and asked if they might return it to me if I paid all postage fees but they never responded. Overall communication was very poor. Asked for a late check out and never got an answer to that either.
