Great location overlooking Piazza Erbe and the entrance near a quieter, pretty square. Friendly and helpful staff Great air conditioning in intense heat
Not easy access with a heavy suitcase although the staff were always willing to help If you need a quiet place to sleep this isn’t the place as the square below is buzzing at night

Although we were visiting during the heat wave and did not use the balcony, it was a nice feature. View and location were ideal.
i appreciated the vernacular in style of furnishings, but the sofa and chairs were not comfortable. The beds and pillows did not compare favorably with 4 star hotels. The place could have used a deep clean.
