This hotel was amazing! The location was fantastic being so close to Juliet’s balcony. The room was stunning and everything in the mini bar was included in the room cost which was a nice treat. We only met one member of staff but he was so friendly, kind and welcoming.
The hotel is located by a tourist attraction so there is a lot of people around and can be quite noisy. We personally didn’t mind this as we booked the hotel knowing where it was located.

Everything! This property was amazing from start to finish! The location couldn’t be any better! The rooms are beautiful. The staff were so helpful and friendly giving us a mini itinerary to help make the most of our day. I can’t recommend this hotel enough it exceeded all expectations.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, right in the center of Verona, close to all the main attractions.
Check-in was not easy. To reach the hotel you need to pass through a big crowd queuing to see Juliet’s house. As first-time visitors to Verona, this was confusing, and it would have been helpful if the hotel gave clear instructions in advance.
Also, we had an early morning flight (6.30 am need taxi to go to the airport) and asked the hotel to help us book a taxi the evening before. Reception was closed until 8 AM, and we were told taxis could not be booked in advance. The only option given was to call the taxi company ourselves, which was difficult as we don’t speak Italian. A private transfer was also not available. In the end, we felt left on our own to figure out an important matter, which was stressful as guests.
For a hotel of this category, I would have expected more proactive assistance from staff, especially with something as essential as airport transfers.
