The location is excellent, in a lovely part of the city a short walk from key sites. The room was clean and comfortable, with good wifi and air conditioning.
I found the idea of the remote check-in slightly disconcerting, but it did work out fine when I arrived. There is no secure luggage storage, so on the day I left I ended up using a nearby bookshop which offers this service via the 'Bounce' app for a small fee. The drinks machine in the lobby was broken - I would have appreciated access to a kettle to make tea.

The location, primarily. Friendly and helpful maintenance guy in the mornings. lots of towels and tp
no staff, no desk, very hard to contact anybody with questions/issues, no room cleaning or any kind of maintenance, really awkward elevator, steps to bathroom but no hand grips or tread on the stairs for security
