The property is on the same street as Juliets balcony. Everything was quick and easy to get to due to the location. Really clean and minimal decor with original wood beamed ceiling was lovely. Bathroom was a great size, air con was great and despite being on a very busy street it was quiet inside if windows are shut. Staff were very quick to respond to any questions.
We really needed a taller iron board and perhaps a full length mirror but this can be down to personal preference.

Tasteful well equipped apartment in an excellent location. There was some minor problem with the electronic door lock which the local agent dealt with very efficiently and to our benefit.

The location is the very best for this accommodation: it is in the old city center (really opposite Julieta's house, at <200m from Piazza Erbe square)
The first floor of the old building is easily reachable after only 2 short sets of stairs and the facilities are sufficient enough.
The place is quiet.
The host is very responsive and serious.
The electrical panel in the room, next to the entrance, has some sort of timer that frequently ticks; this is not even noticeable during the day, but can be a real nuisance at night time , if one is a light sleeper.
Another thing, the sink faucet in the bathroom is partially clogged by deposits and spreads the water jet unevenly and strangely.
(but the rest of the amenities in good working order, with no other issues)
