Letto comodo, mini frigo pratico, TV smart per guardare quello che si vuole con remote stream, bagno spazioso. Tutto molto ordinato e pronto ad accogliere chiunque, nessuna regola d'ingresso a parte mantenere il rispetto del silenzio da cortesia verso gli altri ma è normalissimo.
Spazio dal muro per l'altro lato del letto, non riesci a muoverti bene troppo piccolo, condizionatore poco potente, se vieni accaldato non riesci a rinfrescarti velocemente, è più da mantenimento di temperatura. Infine la doccia aveva qualche problema con temperatura e pressione, se metti troppo forte diventa gelida anche se sei nel mezzo.

Ich habe in dieser Unterkunft zwei Wochen verbracht und habe es genossen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, neu renoviert, mit Geschmack eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage war für mich perfekt, 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und 20 Minuten bis zur Piazza Bra. Perfekt!
Die Besitzer waren sehr zuvorkommend, nett und immer erreichbar.

Das Haus liegt direkt an einer viel frequentierten Straße, das muss man bedenken, der Lärm könnte störend sein. Da ich von in der Früh bis spät am Abend unterwegs war, war’s für mich nicht schlimm. Wenn der Berufsverkehr vorbei ist, beruhigt sich die Lage.
Die Zimmer werden nur am Ende des Aufenthaltes gereinigt, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher werden einmal in zwei Wochen gewechselt. Wer einen längeren Aufenthalt plant, muss das bedenken.
