Very kind welcoming staff Comfortable room in great location if a little tricky to find at first. Excellent variety of tasty foods for breakfast served and looked after by a wonderful staff member who despite being busy nothing was too much trouble

The room was a good size and it was a good location.
Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel, very basic, disjointed, overly limited and and basic breakfast. It said the room was soundproofed, it was not. Our toilet broke in the middle of the night with no staff on site. The room was far too light with no black out blinds. Basic amenities in room and no complimentary water.
