Very kind welcoming staff
Comfortable room in great location if a little tricky to find at first.
Excellent variety of tasty foods for breakfast served and looked after by a wonderful staff member who despite being busy nothing was too much trouble

Excellent location 5 mins or so walk from the Arena square. Very comfy room with good aircon (definitely needed!). Lovely shower. Staff very friendly & helpful. Excellent breakfast, hot & cold buffet style. Francesca the breakfast lady was lovely & remembered everyone’s drinks choice from day1

Breakfast was excellent, lovely comfortable room, helpful friendly staff, near an outstanding pizzeria and walkable from the train station and to the old town. Top stay.
The street outside was quite loud but I had to keep the window open as it was warm in the room. In understand that they’re not allowed to turn the a/c on until the city gives permission, so not the hotel’s fault!
