Great hotel, perfect for a weekend trip !

The hotel is very clean and located not far away from the train station and on a walking distance to the center. Saint Zeno church is 10 min walk from the hotel. The stuff is very friendly. Great breakdast ! Recommend to everyone! Rooms are cleaned every day. Also isolation is good, you dont hear any noise.

Reasonable price, comfortable bed and a short walk to train station.

Spacious room and comfortable bed , considering I had the smaller option. Well equipped bathroom and the property had a balcony . A short 15 walk from Verona Central station and around 20-30 minutes walk to the centre of Verona. Very good breakfast option and early start time .

The property had no air conditioning ( broken in room ) but the balcony was a welcome addition. The vending machines in the lobby all required cash and there was no nearby shops / supermarkets or atm machines. Lots of signs informing guests that no food to be taken from Buffet, considering the amount- this must happen often.

Good place but rude receptionist

The breakfast was amazing, it has a lot of options and all very good. The room was nice and everything was clean. It’s a bit of a walk to the center but not that far, you’ll do just fine.

We had a situation with the wifi, it wasn’t working in our room and we went to the front desk to ask for help and the receptionist was very rude and very unhelpful, the way she talked was very disrespectful.

Surroundings of the hotel were a bit sketchy, a lot of trash in the vicinity, room was very small, barely room to stretch your legs outside the bed, breakfast was mediocre, air conditioning is not centralised and very difficult to sleep with it in your head, impossible with window open due to mosquitoes and heat. Would not stay there again

Verona on a budget

Great breakfast. Good location with a moderate walk to the centre of the old city (Arena) and river. Piazza nearby where plenty of locals eat and the restaurants are busy, inexpensive and serve delicious food.

The room was very tired. Window latches broken, shower a bit worn out. Ok as long as your expectations not too high

Hotel is located in a convenient location - 15 minutes away from railway station by foot and in 10 minutes away from city centre. Hence, it is less noisy because of no tourists next to the hotel, as it could be right in a city centre. Also, breakfast was good and hotel stuff very pleasant and helpful.

Sound isolation in the room was not the best. You could hear the people in the corridor loud and clear. However, the worst was bathroom noise - when someone above your room was flushing the toilet it felt like you are next to the waterfall. It woke us up multiple times during the night.

Friendly and informative staff, Chiara 😊 Delicious breakfast, spacious reception lounge. Check in very eficient & quickly. The hotel informed us it's a small bed but we had good sleep. Walking to the city center around 1.5 km

Maybe a locked door on suitcase storage room with ticket assigned suitcase. Decided instead to lock bags in car.
