Property was amazingly clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well. Nice selection of fruit and pastries in the common area. Quiet. Host was very helpful with suggestions for things to see in Verona and easy to contact.

Great location, easy access to the bus in case you don’t wanna make the 15-20min walk to the city. Parking spots are available in the street right in front, free of charge. Amazing job done by the team! Extremely helpful!

We had a wonderful stay and felt it offered excellent value for money. What impressed us the most was the generous selection of complimentary food and drinks. There was a shared kitchen/lounge area stocked with tea, coffee, snacks, cakes, fruit, and other treats, and guests were welcome to help themselves. It was such a lovely surprise and a real highlight of our stay. The property felt very secure, with separate keys for the building, our room, and the shared areas. Our family room was spacious and comfortable with air-conditioning which we needed it for July summer hest, and we also had a private terrace. Although we didn't use it because of the hot weather, it looked like a lovely place to relax in the evening. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the toiletries and essentials were thoughtfully provided. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know about Verona, including sightseeing recommendations, local tips, and useful information that made our visit even more enjoyable. Overall, this accommodation exceeded our expectations, and considering the price we paid, it was outstanding value. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Verona.

The only minor downside was the location. It was about a 25-30 minutes walk to the main attractions, such as Verona Arena and Juliet's House. We didn't mind the walk, but if you prefer to stay right in the city centre or don't enjoy walking, it's something to keep in mind. That said, the location had plenty of advantages. There were supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and other food shops within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for meals and groceries. The train station was also only about an 18–20 minute walk away, which made getting around very easy. Being slightly away from the busy tourist areas also meant the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful, so we enjoyed a great night's sleep each night. Overall, we were very happy with the location.
