Giardini dell'Arena Relais

Location was excellent. Room was very clean and beautifully decorated. There was a fridge, espresso machine, kettle, microwave, stove. Checkin and checkout were super easy and fast.

There was no landmark/scenic view (our window looked at the opposite building), even though it said 'Landmark view' as one of the toom facilities.

Unfortunately there were some aspects of our stay that were disappointing. The single flush toilet did not work, the overhead shower had very few nozzles working, the doors to both the refrigerator and bathroom scraped very loudly against the flooring, the light in the bathroom could not be turned off, the cleaning sponges were thrown in the back of the lower cupboard and were dirty as was some of the crockery, there was no plug for the basin in the main bedroom to wash dishes. These items we would expect to be rectified by the managing agents

The location was very central. Within a short walk to coffee shops and restaurants and attractions

There was no staff to talk to or ask questions. We were given the keys and a phone number to phone if we had any problems. We didn't have any problems

At first glance, this apartment looked absolutely stunning. The décor was beautiful, stylish, and exactly what attracted us to book it. Unfortunately, after settling in, the reality was very different. .

There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that significantly impacted our stay. The shower head was broken and the shower pressure was poor. The bathroom light didn't work properly, there were barely any accessible power outlets, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay. Cleanliness was the biggest disappointment. The floors were dirty and clearly hadn't been vacuumed properly—I even ended up with a piece of glass in my foot. The pillows and duvet were filthy, and the duvet didn't even have a cover on it, which was completely unacceptable. It's a real shame because the apartment has so much potential and looks fantastic in the photos. However, the lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance completely overshadowed the beautiful design
