Lady Verona Residence

The location and access to the hotel was perfect. The young lady at the reception desk was so kind and helpful. The staff responded to my questions on what’s app promptly and with answers beyond my expectations. The room was so beautiful and comfortable. The terrace had a breathtaking view of the cities roof tops.

We only wished we could have stayed longer.

The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. The location is superb, close to everything. The host was quick to respond and provided clear instructions not only for check-in but also for finding the building. There was also a list of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and other useful places, which we really appreciated. The bus stop is on the same street, although we mostly walked and enjoyed exploring the city. We would definitely stay in this apartment again if we return to Verona.

Not a big deal, but the sofa had a few stains and didn't seem as clean as the rest of the apartment.

Amazing balcony, really big room and very comfortable bed. Very good aircon and excellent location. The rooftop was really nice as well.

Location was convenient

Heat was not on when we got there. We had to use bedding from the twin bed until it warmed up. Accidentally left a shirt in the bathroom. It’s gone forever.
