Amazing location, amazing place, staff were attentive and kind. Other guests were quiet and respectful.
Nothing really, bathroom was separated by common area for Romeo room but the room was much bigger than others with ensuite. Would be nice to have a few flowers on the balcony.

Location was perfect for a stay in historic Verona. The property was very characterful and charming, with comfortable beds and fluffy towels.
We had an issue with the it water, but after contact with management it was resolved as quickly as possible, so many thanks 👍🏻

Perfect location and spacious clean room.
The payment details and check-in process are different to what is advertised on booking.com. There are no staff present, it is more akin to a 'airbnb' rental. The amenities weren't stocked, no toileteries and only one towel provided for 2 pax, the tv wasn't operational, and the hosts were uncontactable regarding any of the issues, 24hrs later and I am still awaiting a reply.
