Very clean and comfortable

Camera molto bella, curata nei minimi dettagli, molto pulita.

The apartment has a very modern, high-quality design. It’s stylish, cozy and bright. A very comfortable bed, a desk, wardrobes, a TV, a safe, an iron, a fridge, a spacious bathroom. It was a real pleasure just being inside. The location is a big advantage too: about a 5-minute walk and you’re right by the Arena di Verona. You can reach the city’s other sights very quickly as well, and it’s roughly 20-30 minutes to the train station. There are various cafés and restaurants nearby. Check-in was completely contactless, and the instructions were generally clear — no problems there.

Even though this is a genuinely great apartment and we liked it overall, there are a few things worth improving. We didn’t have enough cups :( The room has a capsule coffee machine and a kettle, but we were only left with 4 disposable cups for two people — two small espresso ones and two larger ones. Naturally, they fell apart by the next day; only one survived, so we had to share it between the two of us. Two small ceramic cups would easily solve this. There was also something odd with the shower. The shower cubicle had a handheld shower head on a hose and an overhead head, which came on first. And there was simply no way to switch the mode over to the handheld head. That wasn’t very convenient.
