Palazzo Poste Suites

We were blown away by the beautiful building the suites were located in, but even more so when the doors opened on the private lift to the suites! The communal lounge, dining and small kitchen area were really lovely and contained everything you needed. There was a lovely room in the 'tower', that overlooked the city, which had music, games and books so you never needed to be confined to your room when resting from a day exploring this lovely city. However, our suite was also beautiful and spacious and had fabulous touches like a Dyson hairdryer and Jo Malone diffusers. Our favourite part was the roof terrace! It's where we sat and had our fresh morning coffee and where we watched the sunset in the evening. There were only 2 other suites apart from ours and we were very lucky that these were vacant, which meant we had everything to ourselves. (They only opened a few months ago!) The location was perfect too as everything was within a very short walking distance. We were actually quite sad when we had to move on to Lake Garde.

There was nothing at all that we didn't like! We had great communication with them right from the time we booked so everything ran smoothly and we had a wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Poste Suites in Verona and would happily stay here again. The building itself is beautiful, and learning that it was once Verona's former post office made the experience even more special. The generous common area was a wonderful place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing, and the upstairs viewing points offered lovely views over the city. Our suite was spacious, with a separate sitting area that gave us plenty of room to spread out all of our travel belongings. The large bathroom was well-appointed with every amenity we needed. The room was spotless, serviced perfectly each day with fresh towels, and incredibly quiet for a restful night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras like bottled water in the refrigerator, along with complimentary coffee and tea. The staff were exceptional. Enrico welcomed us with genuine warmth during check-in and shared fascinating history about both the suites and the city of Verona, along with excellent recommendations for things to see and do. Throughout our stay, the staff were easy to reach and attentive to every need. Palazzo Poste Suites is a truly special place that combines history, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay in Verona. The accommodation was outstanding – beautifully presented, comfortable and finished to a very high standard. One of the highlights of our visit was the roof terrace, which was a hidden surprise and such a lovely place to relax and take in the surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Verona.

Big Sister is watching you ! La propriétaire des lieux est curieuse, méfiante et intrusive. Elle est entrée dans le couloir de notre chambre alors que nous y étions nus. Les caméras sont nombreuses et nous avions le sentiment d’être surveillés ! Un grand dommage pour un si bel endroit ! Cela nous a gâché le plaisir.
