The hotel was fabulous and we definitely would stay there again. It was clean and spacious, breakfast was good, the location can't be beat, and the reception person was very nice.

A stay with a real wow factor. Staying in the courtyard looking across at Juliet’s balcony is a real wow. The apartment just adds to this with beautiful decor and a host you wish would be there at every hotel. Great night, great stay in a beautiful city.

We stayed in Envira suite for 3 nights, as a couple with our 2.5 year old. They provided a cot which she slept so well in, despite my worries about if she would!
They provided a fabulous selection of food for breakfast, which was totally unexpected. Granola, yoghurt, meat, cheese, pates, jams, honeys etc…crackers, rice cakes..and bottled water. This was all topped up with out daily cleaning, along with fresh towels.
Robes and slippers were also provided, as were earplugs!
It honestly was such a beautiful stay, we actually got engaged there during the private time in the courtyard you get as a guest.
The ONLY negative for me, is that the Saturday night was incredibly loud being on the Main Street. I struggled to sleep even with earplugs until around 1am…however if you don’t have a toddler and need the sleep I’d suggest getting out there and enjoying the vibe as it really was a lovely place to be. If you are a really light sleeper like me, take some decent earplugs and an eye mask and you’ll be ok. Don’t let it put you off, I’d go back in a heartbeat!
