Reception staff and porters were great. Roof top terrace fans don’t work so very hot. For a 5 star disappointing service, had to wait a long time, not enough staff. Room was average nothing special, air con didn’t get cold, no coffee or tea in room, bed linen stiff and uncomfortable. Service at breakfast good but food choice average. The location is excellent.

Right in the middle of everything, walking distance to g th he main attractions and best restaurants of the city.i love the atmosphere, the place is very well kept and the staff incredibly helpful and friendly. An absolutely wonderful hotel — I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! It’s definitely in the top 5 hotels I’ve stayed at in my life. The design and atmosphere are stunning, and the team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We dined in the restaurant downstairs every day, where we enjoyed expertly prepared fish dishes — truly a culinary delight. Oh, and their wine is excellent too! This place is fantastic — a must-visit experience you simply shouldn’t miss!

Fantastic historic hotel in the center of old Verona. Staff was friendly from taking my bags out of the taxi to reserving the spa for me. Enjoyed the amazing art and details throughout the property. Our business conference onsite was amazing. Coffee break in the lobby was decadent and the croissants were amazing. 3 course lunches with wine pairings were a bonus. Concierge was helpful to make dinner reservations at high quality restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay.

It’s a very elegant and refined hotel with artworks on the walls and some antique decor. This is a true gem for everyone who likes art and history. Besides that the staff is very attentive, the room was a bit dark and no flowers like on the pictures but other than that all was perfect.

On first night in hotel it lost electricity on all floors above lobby from 8.30-10.30 pm approximately. On second day water was turned off in our bathroom and loud repairs were made to adjacent bathroom lasting over an hour starting around 4 pm.
