Good location, not far from the centre of Verona. Room was clean.
Beds were not made up and sheets provided were too small for the very generously sized bed. No hot water available to shower in the late evening. Balcony of one suite is just a corridor accessed from the bathroom, not a usable space.

Great location - 10 min walk from the station on arrival and a short walk into the centre of the amazing city of Verona Communication was good on what’s app - instant replies Large lockers to store luggage pre and post check in. Room was clean and comfortable Perfect base for our 1 night 2 day stay.

Nice apartment with small balcony, close to the Arena di Verona and close to Verona train station.

On a quiet street. Bathroom is nice. Easy to access with access codes. Walk to the main town center is lovely and is about 20 minutes if sauntering and exploring.
Beds are incredibly hard and uncomfortable, made for a pretty terrible night sleep. This booking is basically an Airbnb, which I didn’t understand from the booking.com posting (I personally do not prefer Airbnb’s). There is little to no information about where to park if you rented a car. Response from staff is super slow. WiFi is spotty.
