The staff were very helpful. We got upgraded to use the apartment next door to the actual hotel which was great.
2 rooms with en-suite and a large living/ kitchen area.
Very clean.
Location was good , 10 minute walk from the centre and train / bus station
Thought maybe the reception could've open longer

Location is excellent - near the old city and walkable to Porto Nuova train station. The Secret Garden breakfast area was lovely and the breakfast foods were tasty.
Mattress and pillows not great in our room and a couple tiles in the bathroom floor were in disrepair - they stuck to your foot and lifted out if you walked bare foot.
