The Gallery Room Hotel was very conveniently located for walking to all sites, shops, restaurants, while being off the main roads so as to be a quieter location.
The AC is not very powerful and it was excessively hot while we were there in August.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the Arena and about 15 minutes from Juliet’s balcony so is a fantastic base for exploring Verona. The breakfast had a wide variety on offer. The rooms are clean and smell fresh. The staff were polite and friendly.
No kettle or coffee making facilities in the room.

They had an excellent breakfast each morning. Staff was really helpful. The location was perfect for dining and seeing the sites. TV did have some English news chanels (BBC)
The shower was a bit of a challenges as water escaped on to the floor due to the nature of the closure. Not sure it is the same in every room.
