Nice Solution

Amazing stay! I arrived super early due to an early flight and asked could I drop my luggage off early and there was no problem at all! Very friendly and my room was super cozy! The price I paid was so fair to the room I recieved and the location I was in! I would go further and say it was extremely cheap for what I got! I was so sad I hadn't stayed an extra night! 10/10

It was very clean & comfortable. The check-in instructions were clear & simple. You are literally round the corner from the centre, but it's down a side street, so it's quiet.and some lovely cafes & restaurants at either end of the street. I would definitely stay here again

I had the room with a private bathroom. Perfect location, new furniture with comfortable bed and pillows. Although it’s on the ground floor still not noisy at night, during the day a few cars passing by. The owner recommended me some very good restaurants. All in all I had a very nice stay in Verona!

The accommodation definitely needs a refrigerator and a coffee machine! There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, which is also a must! The electric outlets don’t work with EU-plugs, there were two adapters which didn’t function properly and I realised my phone was not actually charging a few times although it was plugged in. Many private accommodations like this one in Italy want a photo of your ID. I totally understand the owners that they need to register the tourists. BUT Booking.com needs to find a solution to this and offer an identification through the app or website.
