La ubicación, que sea pet friendly, la amplitud y las dos terrazas. Dejan café e infusiones.
Aire acondicionado central muy ruidoso y poco efectivo. Apartamento con deterioros y detalles a mejorar. Platos rotos en el platero, falta de menaje básico. Paredes para pintar. Los cierres de las terrazas no cierran bien, y entra calor.

El espacio tiene mucho potencial y las dos terrazas son grandes y con buenas vistas.
Está poco cuidado, envejecido y bastante sucio, sobre todo las terrazas. El sistema de ventilación/aire acondicionado apenas enfría la casa.
