El alojamiento es grande. La cama principal es muy cómoda y en general hay todo necesario. El personal contesta rápido. El check-in es muy fácil.
Por ser edificio antiguo huele mucho de la humedad y de la canalización. Pero no es problema del apartamento.

El espacio tiene mucho potencial y las dos terrazas son grandes y con buenas vistas.
Está poco cuidado, envejecido y bastante sucio, sobre todo las terrazas. El sistema de ventilación/aire acondicionado apenas enfría la casa.
