Große, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit sehr schöner Terrasse. Ruhig gelegen und ausreichend Parkplätze in der Umgebung. Ca halbe Stunde zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Auf dem Weg läuft man durchs authentische Triana.

Check-in war unnötig stressig, da eh Schlüsselkasten vorhanden. Die telefonische Erklärung der 3 Schlüssel ist verzichtbar, vor allem wenn der Termin dafür möglichst einen Monat vorab minutengenau angegeben werden soll. Abfluss stinkt leider nach dem Duschen.

Location, the apartment was nicely furnished. The terrace was beautiful and spaceius.

There wore some minor issues, that we pointed out.

Excelente ubicación en el corazón de Triana, dentro del barrio León. Tuvimos la suerte de alquilarlo en semana santa y la procesión de San Gonzalo salió de enfrente del patio y pudimos verla pasar desde una zona privilegiada. El apartamento es muy cómodo, con dos sofás, una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio, baño completamente adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida y cocina con todo lo necesario. Hay supermercados a pocos metros, bares muy buenos (nuestros favoritos están a pocos pasos) y a tiro de piedra de la calle san Jacinto, que lleva hasta el puente de Triana.

The location is wonderful, you can walk just about anywhere in Seville in 30-40 minutes. It's less than a minute to bars and restaurants but the apartment is tucked away in a residential area and relatively quiet. Nice shower, plenty of kitchen equipment, aircon. Check in and out is self service and very smooth.

There's a small space between the bed and the furniture so if you're sleeping on the far side of the bed be careful, I got a few bruises! There were also a number of flies in the bathroom and kitchen area, which was odd because we didn't see any when we were out and about.
