On the whole a comfortable, pleasant stay in a lovely location. A few little tweaks needed.

The location was beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was spacious, clean and warm. It had shared front door access with a paediatric clinic and the living quarters were on the first and second floors. It was open plan, 2 comfortable sofas, TV and large dining table. The first floor windows had roller blinds for complete darkness but no curtains for privacy. The kitchen had almost everything needed to self-cater and was in good working order. The bathroom suite was dated but worked and had a washing machine which was gratefully received.

When we arrived the allocated parking space wasn't obvious and the sign on the fence looked like a towing warning. The second floor bedroom window didn't shut properly and the road noise was noticeable (my husband needed to buy earplugs). There wasn't a roller blind like downstairs to keep the light out, just a thin curtain. There was no dressing table facility with mirror for hair-drying/make-up in either bedroom which would have been useful.

All good, but note that 2nd bedroom in the attic does not have a door separating it from the main area (though it is up the stairs)

A nice and clean apartment at a beautiful location. Perfect for a family holiday.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. It's located in a nice and quite little town between Namur and Dinant, perfect for a weekend holiday with family. River Meuse is right across the road. In the evenings, you can go for a bike ride or a walk by the scenic riverside or check out one of the local taverns. We really enjoyed this place. I highly recommend it.

Es war insgesamt super -> 4,5 Sterne von 5. Guter Standort um was in der Nähe zu sehen (Dinant) und man kann auch in

Es war sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Fernseher, bzw. der Receiver bot die üblichen VOD Apps, wie Netflix, Disney und Co. Überall waren Klimaanlagen installiert, die man zusätzlich als Heizung nutzen konnte. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte so gut wie nichts. Obere Etage sah super aus und war auch sehr geräumig. Insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Im Zimmer unten ist es ohne Heizung etwas kalt. Sobald man die Heizung ausschaltet, weil sie etwas laut ist, dann wird es mit der Zeit etwas kalt. Dabei reden wir über die Zeit zwischen dem 03.01 und 05.01 bei etwa 0-(+-2) Grad.

L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux, propre, bien équipé et joliment décoré.

Proximité de la route nationale, très bruyant surtout les jours ouvrables La salle de bain est un peu désuète (baignoire très haute ; ça peut être dangereux pour des personnes âgées)

Die Umgebung ist wegen des starken Verkehrs / Kreisel laut. Uns hat das sehr gestört. Auf denFotos ist eine Senseo-Maschine abgebildet für die wir extra Pads gekauft hatten. Vor Ort war es dann eine Nespresso-Maschine.

Er was geen foto van de buitenkant van het appartement. Het zit boven een kinderconsultatie bureau, dat overigens maar 1 middag per week als zodanig wordt gebruikt. Maar daardoor is de entree wat ongebruikelijk. Badkamer is nodig aan vernieuwing toe

Het stadje was uitnodigend om te wandelen langs de rivier, met prachtig uizicht op de rorsen.

Ruime geriefelijke woonkamer. Komplete keuken.. Gezellige slaapkamer beneden dicht bij de badkamer.

Er was geen mogelijkheid voor het ophangen van kleding in de slaapkamer beneden.

Das Appartment ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Das gebuchte 2. Schlafzimmer fehlte.

Wir haben bewußt das Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht. Das 2. Schlafzimmer war jedoch verschlossen. Dieser Schlüssel lag nicht in der Schlüsselbox. Die 1. Nacht hat 1 Person auf der unbequemen Couch geschlafen. Die Nachfrage beim Vermieter ergab, dass das 2. Schlafzimmer nur bei Buchung durch mehr als 2 Personen zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Dies ergibt sich aber nicht aus der Anzeige. Nach längerer Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter wurde uns angeboten, den Schlüssel für das 2. Schlafzimmer am 2. Tag gegen eine Gebühr von 20 Euro zu bekommen. Wir nahmen das Angebot an. Dann hat der Vermieter doch auf die 20 Euro verzichtet und den Schlüssel am 2. Tag in der Schlüsselbox hinterlassen.

Heerlijk rustig, fijne ligging!

De rustige omgeving en de grote van het appartement. Wij waren er met oud en nieuw en er stond zelfs een kerstboom 🥰 15 min van Namen, Dinant en Maredsous

Niks maar als ik dan iets moet noemen: Op de foto's staat een senseo apparaat dus wij hadden senseo koffie gekocht. Bij aankomst stond er een dolce gusto koffieapparaat in de keuken.
