3 good nights in Namur

They have made a good job of converting what appears to be a former office. High quality fittings and free parking right outside the front. Excellent location for a 25 min walk into the centre of Namur. Even better for access to the Citadelle, for the UCI Cyclocross

Luxury ex-office apartment.

Just steps from the river, plenty free parking. Restaurants, shops, boat rental, within easy walking distance. Beautiful bathroom, convenient kitchen, all brand new and squeaky clean, but need some finishing. Very comfortable king size bed, in tiny cramped alcove. But overall good value for money.

Floor-to-ceiling windows at street level, without any coverings during daytime, heavy blackout curtains only. Tea kettle and Nespresso maker, but not even one teabag or coffee pod. Ground floor apt, used to be office space, still needs some work.

A cosy and convenient apartment in a nice part of Namur.

The apartment is convenient, practical and cosy, we liked it a lot. We also appreciated the spacious parking place right outside the property.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the main entrance door- it could not be locked properly, so we had to rely on the garage door that was luckily there and lockable.

Execelent clean apartment near Citidelle!

Apartment was clean, beds comfortable, full stocked kitchen, great shower. I believe apartment is fairly new. Close to Citidelle, restaurants and grocery stores. Great tv with Netflix and other option.

Weak wifi, apartment is on ground level with front window right next to sidewalk (I do not prefer ground level but others may) but apartment was worth looking past that.

Heerlijk (betaalbaar) appartement nabij het centrum van Namen

Heerlijk appartement geschikt voor 5 personen (1x slaapkamer 2p. / 1x slaapkamer 3p.). Op loopafstand (700m) van het centrum van Namur. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Gezellig stadje

Is niet echt een minpuntje want het lukt wel, maar de keukeninventaris zou iets uitgebreider mogen zijn.

Un logement magnifique que je conseille grandement pour passer un super moment !

Nous avons aimé l'accueil, le confort, le modernisme, la propreté, le confort de la literie, les serviettes et draps à disposition. Une magnifique salle-de-bains à disposition. Une cuisine avec tous les électros à disposition. L'emplacement de l'appartement dans un cul de sac au calme et propre. A dix minutes à pied du centre de Namur. La vue qui donne en partie sur la Citadelle.

Pas assez de vaisselles pour manger ou boire à disposition.

Gut für 1-2 Nächte. Für Selbstversorger weniger geeignet

Die Stadtmitte ist gut zu erreichen, auch zu Fuß. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im abgeschlossenen Carport unterstellen. Die Betten sind bequem, allerdings gibt es ein Etagenbett.

Die Küchenausstattung ist unvollständig und nicht ausreichend für 5 Personen. Die Wohnungstür zum Carport lässt sich nicht schließen. Bei einigen Raumecken und der Innentreppe zum Schlafzimmer ist Vorsicht geboten

Hat uns gut gefallen, prima Erkundungs-Basis für Namur!!!

Kein Frühstück gebucht. Keinen der 4 Streaming-Anbieter (immerhin!) ausprobiert. In Details noch Nacharbeit willkommen. Meiner Frau gab es zu wenig Fenster im Schlafzimmer (genau: keins). Ich fand alles super.

Das Türschloss. Klemmte. Elektrisches Rolltor davor, nicht so schlimm. Fußboden-Niveaus in Diele, Wohnzimmer, Küche unterschiedlich, "überraschend". Nicht lösbar.

voor een rein en fijn appartement ben je hier op de juiste plaats

De eigenaar was behulpzaam en vriendelijk, het ligt op een rustige locatie en toch redelijk centraal, het appartement was van veel luxe voorzien, wijnkoelkast, diepvries, koelkast, magnetron, een ruime keuken, een grote tv, ruime zitmogelijkheden en ruime goede bedden.

Helaas was de afwerking van het appartement nog niet helemaal klaar en de deuren sloten niet, ook kon je niet naar de andere bedkant komen, je moest over elkaar heen, maar dit alles weegt niet op tegen het goede wat het appartement te bieden had, en we zouden het zo weer boeken.

Mooie, rustige locatie vlak bij de Maas. De oude stad was goed te bereiken. Het appartement was schoon, comfortabel en met moderne faciliteiten.

De slaapkamer had kleine raampjes waardoor het er benauwd kan worden. Ook waren de bovenburen op het terras goed hoorbaar.

Mooi modern appartement met grote en luxe keuken en badkamer op prima locatie.

Het appartement op de begane grond is van binnen helemaal nieuw met luxe badkamer en keuken, apart toilet en 2 slaapkamers. Een grote zitkamer maakt het geheel compleet. Het is ruim genoeg om met 4 personen te verblijven. Op loopafstand van de citadel en het oude centrum.

Ik begrijp dat het appartement helemaal nieuw is. Desondanks enkele tips voor de eigenaars: 1) Maak in de omschrijving en/of communicatie vooraf duidelijk dat het appartement op de begane grond is, en de entree via de garagedeur. 2) Er is redelijk geluidsoverlast van het appartement erboven, door schuivende stoelen. Dit is ook van jullie, dus zorg voor vilt of meubelglijders onder de meubels om overlast te beperken. 3) Voor zowel badkamer als toilet; hang toiletrol houders aan de muur, en een handdoekje aan een haakje bij de wasbak. 4) Voor de slaapkamers zorg dat het licht vanuit het bed bediend kan worden. Je moet nu in het pikdonker het bed uit kruipen en op zoek naar het knopje bij de deur. Of zet een nachtlampje naast het bed. Sowieso ontbreekt een nachtkastje naast het bed op de 2e slaapkamer; een gemis voor telefoon, bril en boek. 5) De keuken wordt echt bruikbaar voor gasten, als ze zelf niets hoeven mee te brengen. De vaatwasser is luxe, maar niet geschikt om even snel iets af te spoelen. Dus zet een fles afwasmiddel en een kwast/sponsje neer. Hetzelfde geldt voor wat basiskruiden, zoals peper en zout. Een waterkoker zou ook fijn zijn, makkelijker dan water in een pannetje te koken.
