Good place for spending a night or two..

The apartment had well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and place for parking our bicycles. Over all service was good, the manager immediately arranged for a clean up when we arrived.

It was a ground floor/basement room, so a little bit damp. Sound isolation was very bad, we could literally hear when someone from upper floor was filling water or taking bath. Initially the room was cleaned for check-in when we arrived, and there was no one for reception. We had to call the manager, who then sent someone to clean up the room for check-in after 1 hour.

I am very satisfied with the check-in experience. The room facilities are very complete. The scenery outside the window is very beautiful. The surrounding environment is very quiet. It feels very comfortable to live in. The room is very clean, which makes me very happy.I think the room is very cost-effective.

Perfect

We had a wonderful Wednesday at the Riverbank Guest House. The environment is beautiful, you can see the Meuse River, the room is clean and free tea bags are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped so you don't need to bring anything. Perfect I will definitely be back. M. Vantilcke

Manque d'ustensiles, 1 prise pour frigo et micro-onde. Pas de four.

correct pour un court séjour

l'appartement en lui même était spacieux bien situé le long de la Meuse, il est bien équipé. Il est bien situé, nous avons trouvé une place de parking dans la rue.

Malgré une literie confortable, l'appartement était bruyant à cause du passage constant des véhicules, nous n'avons pas beaucoup dormi. La fenêtre ne ferme pas très bien. Par contre il manque de la vaisselle., quelques verres supplémentaires et couverts seraient appréciable .La propreté n'était pas au rendez vous non plus, chaussette qui trainait dans le canapé. En ce qui concerne nos amis qui étaient à l’appartement 2. Ils sont été dérangé par la musique et du bruit qui venait du garage.

Séjour agréable à deux lorsque l'on a besoin d'un logement pour un évènement dans la ville de Namur.

Espace suffisant pour deux personnes. Propre et bien équipé, lit et douche agréables. Très bonne option pour un court séjour à Namur mais il ne faut pas être dérangé par la marche à faire jusqu'au centre de la ville.

La serrure de la porte d'entrée ne permet pas de la fermer facilement à clé, il faut généralement forcer. L'évier de la salle de bain a des fuites occasionnelles, bien que gérables.

La localisation. La vue sur la Meuse est un plus. Près du centre-ville et des commodités (bus).

Dommage que l’une des fenêtres était mal fermée. On a essayé en vain de la refermer mais pas moyen de mieux faire. Bruit de fond des voitures qui roulent le soir!

Grande déception

Les volumes, grande chambre

Annonce disant parking,. Nous avons dû nous garer à plus de 300 mètres du logement. Dans la salle de bain, la douchette tient avec un gros scotch orange donc inutilisable. Et cerise sur le gâteau, à peine parti, nous avons reçu un mail nous accusant d'avoir emporté le linge de lit et qu'il fallait le rapporter sinon paiement de pénalité. Hors, c'est notre propre linge de lit que nous avons pris, voilà, bref , ce fut une grande déception !

Bien mais peu mieux faire pour ce tarif.

L’emplacement tout près de l’hôpital, les lits confortables, la réactivité du loueur et la possibilité d’accéder à la terrasse Il était aussi agréable d’avoir quelques indispensables à disposition : eau, sel, sucre, café ….

l’électroménager est en mauvais état et très vieux, l’évier fuyait mais le propriétaire est venu réparer et nettoyer le lendemain. Le ménage n’est pas suffisant (sol, vaisselle) et le lavabo était bouché Il faisait très chaud dans l’appartement 1 malgré le ventilateur

Le lit est bien confortable et la chambre est très cozy, belle vue

Les murs sont trop fins, on entend tous les bruits et très fort, pour ça je ne recommande pas cet appartement pour un séjour romantique, pour quelqu'un qui aime écouter de la musique et pour tous qui ont le sommeil super léger

Struttura non particolarmente accogliente, ma consigliata per un soggiorno molto breve.

La struttura di affaccia su una strada molto trafficata, per cui con le finestre aperte si é esposti al rumore. Percepibili anche tutti i rumori del piano sopra.
