Clerical error…My instructions included having to send my photo ID to [email protected] previous to my arrival. I complied with this, expecting to get entry codes before my arrival. Upon arrival, I had to phone to get the codes. I was then required to send my photo ID to an alternate email. I suggest that this confusion should be corrected for any future clients. Also, we would have preferred a hand towel and a bath mat towel rather than having to use one for both purposes. Thanks.

It was close to everything i needed. we were walking distance from our supper reservations. In the morning we went to go have breakfast downstairs at the Oeufier, which was super practical. The place was clean and modern. Great place to crash if you need to be downtown, and you want to hang out in the heart of Montreal.

The things that made me feel the most uncomfortable was the structure of the building. I really felt unsafe because there was a huge unbalance on the floors, they felt like they were caving in, so I feel this can be very dangerous at any given moment. Another thing we didn't like was the fact the there was way too much air freshers for the amount of space, it left such a strong scent that even with airing out the apartment it was still there. These fresheners are super toxic and should be used sparingly. Another things is that the ways are so thin you can hear everything going inside the building and outside the building, so a Saturday night will be super loud considering the location. By 4-5 AM it was quiet.
