Galeria St Denis in Prime Montreal

The location of the property is ideal, in the middle of a residential area surrounded by hundreds of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. It’s a 12-minute walk to the Metro station.

The 4-bedroom apartment is beautiful with lots of seating space, and is located in the cultural part of Montreal with many boutiques, vintage shops, restaurants around. The rooms are well kept, the space is clean and the artwork is vibrant. The balcony while not having a great view was spacious and pleasant. The apartment also has a nespresso vertuo machine for coffee.

The property specifically listed under spa amenities a "hot-tub" which we messaged prior to our arrival to confirm it existed and was operational to which the hosts replied "yes it is operational". The hot tub turned out to be a personal private tub with jacuzzi jets inside one of the 2 bathrooms in the 4 bedroom appt. We messaged the hosts to inquire about the hot-tub as this was one of the driving reasons we justified this price for the 3 night 4 day stay in January 2026. The hosts have yet to reply to our inquiry and we are quite disappointed as we all brought bathing suits, and the information on the booking.com website was misleading. Furthermore the kitchen layout is quite strange as while there is many appliances there is not one outlet in the kitchen that can be used for the blender and toaster, we had to toast bread in the living room and blend in the bathroom as the only other outlet was the nespresso machine which was on a wooden stand nailed into wall and was "quite flimsy", in fact it could easily break. Overall while the foundations of the apartment are nice, it is overpriced for what it is and the hosts do not seem to really care about the guest experience other than making sure you leave a "good review", I received the following message in return to my email about the hot tub. "Do not hesitate to write us a 5 star review in return! When evaluating your stay, please note that the rating scales for short-term rentals are different from conventional tourist accommodations. All ratings below 5 are considered negative.
