Location, layout etc.
Dishes and cupboards needing cleaning before use. Cupboard filled with stained duvets and a mattress which also meant there was no closet space.

The location is stellar, amenities were top notch. It was quiet and comfortable, and exactly what I needed while staying in Montreal. Would definitely stay again, and would recommend it for anyone who wants a cozy little spot to stay with home comforts. Booking was easy, checking in was easy, everything was easy.
The only thing that felt missing was a kitchen-type towel but was absolutely fine without.
